The English Education Study Program (Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris) of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK) IAIN Manado actively participated in the 2025 Management Review Meeting (Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen/RTM) held on September 29–30, 2025, at Quality Hotel Manado. The annual event brought together academic leaders, quality assurance teams, and study program representatives to evaluate institutional performance and strengthen the implementation of the IAIN Manado’s quality management system.

During the two-day meeting, the English Education Study Program joined discussions and evaluations related to academic performance indicators, curriculum development, students’ achievements, lecturer performance, and the implementation of continuous improvement strategies. The participation of the English Education Program reflected its strong commitment to quality assurance and institutional accountability in accordance with national higher education standards and the internal quality management framework of IAIN Manado.

The Head of the English Education Study Program highlighted the importance of the RTM as a platform to review program achievements, identify areas for improvement, and plan future innovations. “Through this meeting, we are able to ensure that our program’s academic and administrative processes run effectively and continue to improve each year,” she stated.

The 2025 Management Review Meeting also served as a forum for inter-departmental collaboration within the FTIK, encouraging synergy among study programs to achieve shared goals in educational quality, research excellence, and community engagement. The outcomes of the meeting are expected to guide the English Education Program in developing strategic initiatives for the upcoming academic year, ensuring that quality culture continues to be embedded in every aspect of teaching and institutional governance (FS).
