MAKASSAR, July 17, 2026 — Lecturers from the English Education Study Program (TBI) of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK), Institut Agama Islam Negeri (IAIN) Manado, participated as presenters at the 14th ELITE International Conference, held in collaboration with the Lontara International Conference at Universitas Negeri Makassar.

The international conference, which took place at the Pinisi Tower Building of Universitas Negeri Makassar on July 17, 2026, served as the main event of the ELITE Annual Meeting. It brought together academics, researchers, lecturers, and English language education professionals from various higher education institutions.

During the conference, TBI lecturers presented their scholarly work before international and national participants. Their participation reflected the study program’s commitment to strengthening academic contributions, disseminating research findings, and actively engaging in international academic forums.

The conference also provided an important platform for the lecturers to exchange ideas, receive academic feedback, and establish professional networks with researchers and educators from different institutions. Through the presentation sessions, participants discussed current issues, research developments, and innovative practices in English language teaching and education.

The involvement of TBI lecturers in the international conference demonstrated FTIK IAIN Manado’s continued support for research, academic publication, and lecturer professional development.
