IAIN Manado-December 04 and 05th in 2021, TBI study program for their first time provided a TOEFL workshop on Saturday by Online-method and TOEFL test right after the day of workshop through offline method. This activity was handled by the Head of English Study Program in collaboration with TOEFL program test from Briton English Manado. The situation seemed more interested since the online workshop held. It can be seen by the total participants involved, which consisted of students of English Education Study Program and some lecturers. On this occasion, the Briton officers thought that the activity would be an entrance for faculty especially TBI study program to introduce andf enhance the students’ skill in taking one of the proficiency tests.

For the test, in particular, the total participants who attended were about 68 participants from batch 2016 to 2021 and some lecturers form Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. It was going through quietly and successfully. The results are expected that the test takers will have an either average scores or even higher than the standard given. Perhaps, this event will be continued organizing and executing due to some needs of the other study programs in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. Moreover, Dean and the rest leaders of English Study Program will try also to elaborate some scheduled English programs. (FS)
