MANADO \u2014 The Head and Secretary of the English Education Study Program of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FTIK), IAIN Manado, participated in the 2026 Management Review Meeting (Rapat Tinjauan Manajemen\/RTM) organized by IAIN Manado from September 30 to October 2, 2026, at NDC Hotel Manado.<\/p>

The three-day meeting brought together university leaders, faculty officials, study program representatives, and other key institutional stakeholders to review the results of the 2026 Internal Quality Audit (Audit Mutu Internal\/AMI) and to formulate strategic follow-up actions for continuous institutional improvement.<\/p>

As an important component of IAIN Manado\u2019s internal quality assurance system, the Management Review Meeting serves as a formal forum for evaluating institutional performance, responding to audit findings and recommendations, and developing realistic and measurable improvement plans. The meeting also provides an opportunity for academic and administrative units to reflect on their achievements, identify areas requiring further attention, and strengthen coordination across the institution.<\/p>

The participation of the Head and Secretary of the English Education Study Program reflects the program\u2019s commitment to maintaining and continuously improving the quality of academic governance, teaching and learning, student services, research, community engagement, and other aspects of program management.<\/p>

Rather than viewing the results of the Internal Quality Audit merely as administrative findings, the meeting encouraged each unit to treat them as constructive feedback for institutional learning and future development. Through open discussion and collaborative reflection, participants were encouraged to transform evaluation results into concrete improvement programs that can contribute to stronger academic services and better educational experiences for students.<\/p>

The meeting involved officials and representatives from various levels of IAIN Manado, emphasizing that quality assurance is a shared responsibility across the institution. The active involvement of university leaders and academic units also demonstrated the institution\u2019s commitment to developing a culture of quality that is participatory, accountable, and sustainable.<\/p>

For the English Education Study Program, participation in the Management Review Meeting is particularly important in ensuring that the outcomes of the 2026 Internal Quality Audit are followed by relevant and systematic improvement measures. The meeting provides valuable direction for strengthening existing programs while identifying new priorities that respond to institutional standards, stakeholder expectations, and the evolving needs of students.<\/p>

Through the 2026 Management Review Meeting, IAIN Manado continues to reinforce the principle that quality improvement is not a one-time activity, but an ongoing process of evaluation, reflection, collaboration, and action.<\/p>

The English Education Study Program remains committed to contributing to this collective effort and to continuously developing an academic environment that is responsive, inclusive, and oriented toward meaningful and sustainable improvement.<\/p>
