The participation of the English Education Program reflected its strong commitment to quality assurance and institutional accountability in accordance with national higher education standards and the internal quality management framework of IAIN Manado.<\/p><p>The Head of the English Education Study Program highlighted the importance of the RTM as a platform to review program achievements, identify areas for improvement, and plan future innovations. \u201cThrough this meeting, we are able to ensure that our program\u2019s academic and administrative processes run effectively and continue to improve each year,\u201d she stated.<\/p><p>The\u00a0<em>2025 Management Review Meeting<\/em>\u00a0also served as a forum for inter-departmental collaboration within the FTIK, encouraging synergy among study programs to achieve shared goals in educational quality, research excellence, and community engagement.
