IAIN Campus, Monday, 18th November 2024 — A significant collaboration agreement was officially signed between TBI IAIN Manado and PT Cakraloka Tour. The signing ceremony took place at the English Language Education Program room at IAIN, marking the beginning of a promising partnership aimed at enhancing academic and tourism-related initiatives.
The event was attended by the Head of the English Language Education Program, Nur Halimah,M.Hum, along with the Vice Dean for Partnership Affairs of the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training,Dr. Ishak Talibo,M.Pd. The partnership is expected to foster mutual benefits between the academic world and the tourism industry, creating opportunities for students, faculty, and the broader community to engage in various educational and cultural exchange activities.
The collaboration aligns with Three Main Obligation’s mission to strengthen its ties with external institutions, particularly those that can provide real-world learning experiences for students. Through this partnership, students will have access to internships, educational tours, and research opportunities with PT Cakraloka Tour, which specializes in travel and tourism services.
Both parties expressed enthusiasm for the potential of this cooperation to contribute to the development of students’ skills, broaden their horizons, and create pathways for future career prospects in the growing tourism sector.
