IAIN Manado — The Internal Quality Audit for the English Language Education Program (Tadris Bahasa Inggris) was successfully conducted on September 31st, 2024. This audit, a crucial part of our commitment to maintaining and enhancing the quality of academic programs, aimed to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of the program’s educational processes and outcomes.

The audit team of this cycle V of AMI, comprising faculty members, academic administrators, and external education experts, meticulously reviewed various aspects of the program. Key areas of focus included curriculum design, student assessments, and resource allocation.

Dr. Syariffudin, the lead auditor, praised the program for its comprehensive curriculum and innovative teaching strategies. “The English Language Education Program has demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement,” Dr. Syarifuddin said.

The audit also highlighted several areas for potential enhancement. Recommendations included further integration of guidelines in practical subjects at the classroom, increased opportunities for practical language use, and additional training for faculty members on emerging educational trends, also integration of the curriculum and the vision, mission also strategy included in RENSTRA.

Program Coordinator, Dr. Mutmainnah, expressed appreciation for the audit team’s feedback. “We value the insights provided during this audit as they will help us refine and advance our program,” said Dr. Mutmainnah.

In response to the audit findings, the program will develop an action plan to address the recommendations and implement improvements. The next review is scheduled for the next cycle, ensuring that the program remains aligned with best practices and continues to provide high-quality education. FS
