IAIN Manado- 07/08/2021, JELTIS issued the first publication. Becoming a starting point for English Education Study Program IAIN Manado, is a privilege and gratitude. Dean of FTIK said that this journal will be a support system for the study program. Also, he conveyed his pride to the team (editor in chief, editor, designer, secretariat and the head of study program) due to create this first journal for English language scopes. in Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training IAIN Manado.

In addition, the head of study program, Nur Halimah.,M.Hum., added that this journal can be a bridge and method to establish the culture of writing and indexing references in IAIN Manado, especially at Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training. At the same time, she expressed her gratitude for the writers on their specific issues and interested explanations inside their writing. Last but not least, she hoped that the team can always feel enthusiastic, and work hard for the next issues / publication.
