Friday, 12/03/2021, HMPS TBI held an upgrading for administrators with the theme “Building Innovative and Integrative Cooperation”. To get started, HMPS TBI invited Deputy Dean 3 of FTIK IAIN Manado, Dr. Feiby Ismail., M. Pd. as the speaker.

While giving a talk, Dr. Feiby Ismail explained that upgrading is certainly necessary as a warm-up in an organization that has just started its stewardship. Additionally, she said that in order to build a good performance within the organization, it required commitment, communication, and good coordination among the members.

Adjusting to the upgrading theme at that moment, she also explained that innovation and integration in the organization should be intended to realize and enlivened by HMPS activities in the English Education Study Program. It is in line due to HMPS as a partner of EE study program.

Moreover, she provided reinforcement and advice for HMPS administrators to foster the external’s interest to the internal. The basis for the evidence is to create and implement the academic and non-academic work programs, especially to be able to fit into the midst of the Covid-19 pandemic.

At the end of the activity, Dr. Feiby Ismail elaborated that she believed students had a lot of ideas, particularly about innovative ideas in order to create and implement the work programs. She also hoped that the work programs which will be applied later could significantly increase the productivity and performance for the development of HMPS TBI in the future.
